---Check-in Policy--

• You need to show a passport or an ID card
• All passengers' details on the voucher must match the actual document
• Please stand by at the meeting point or hotel to be picked up 30 minutes before the departure time
• In case of late check-in, your booking will be considered as a no-show

-- Luggage Policy ---

• Passengers are allowed to have one luggage and one hand carry per passenger
• Weight allowed for luggage: 25 KG
• The dimension is 66.2 x 46.1 x 27.3 cm (not more than 24 inches in size)
• An additional fee of 100-150 THB will be applied per suitcase for luggage measuring above 24 inches size. Kindly prepare cash for payment directly to the driver.
• And if it exceeds, the customer has to buy an extra seat for luggage
